Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the overall business operations and administration of Vieroots Biohacking Centre (VBC).

* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

* Lead and manage the team to ensure productivity and accountability.

* Drive business development, client acquisition, and customer retention.

* Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and strategic partnerships.

* Coordinate with the medical, marketing, digital, and customer relations teams to improve business performance.

* Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, client visits, and service-package sales.

* Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated client concerns.

* Monitor centre performance, operational expenses, and resource utilisation.

* Prepare business plans, revenue forecasts, and performance reports for management.

* Set team targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and review performance regularly.

* Ensure smooth coordination between departments and timely delivery of services.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, wellness partners, and premium clientele.
