About the Role
Evergo Tours is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international travel enquiries, create customized travel solutions, drive bookings, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle domestic & international travel enquiries from enquiry to booking.
* Design customized itineraries, holiday packages, and travel solutions.
* Handle flights, hotels, transfers, tours, activities, and other travel services.
* Prepare quotations and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Achieve sales targets through effective follow-up, negotiation, upselling & cross-selling.
* Manage customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms.
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other suppliers.
* Handle amendments, cancellations, rebookings, and post-booking support.
* Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, digital platforms, and AI-powered travel tools.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in travel consultancy, travel sales, reservations, or tour operations.
* Strong knowledge of domestic & international travel.
* Excellent destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and sales-closing skills.
* Experience in B2C travel sales and achieving sales targets.
* Knowledge of visa/documentation, airline policies, and travel regulations.
* Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
