About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team and support our UAE market operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to convert customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer enquiries.

• Explain services and understand customer requirements.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer handling.

Requirements

The group comprises renowned divisions such as Wordcraft Legal Translation, Wordcraft PRO, Evergo Tours, Balloon Nursery, and Wordcraft Institute.

Our backend operations are managed from our office in Ramanattukara, Kerala, where dedicated teams provide administrative, customer support, and operational services to clients throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our backend operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, responding to service enquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the service process.

The selected candidate may also be assigned additional operational responsibilities across various business divisions based on organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

* Assist customers by providing accurate information about company services, documentation requirements, and service procedures.

* Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure efficient follow-up and service completion.

* Maintain and update customer information, follow-up records, and service status using CRM software and internal systems.

Create high-quality graphics for social media, branding, and marketing materials. Edit and produce engaging videos for digital platforms, including reels and promotional content. Develop motion graphics and basic animations when required. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and deliver concepts. Ensure consistent brand style across all designs and videos. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Handle color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements in video projects. Stay updated with design trends, editing styles, and social media formats. Maintain and organize design assets, project files, and media libraries.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple interactions professionally and efficiently.
