Description:
Equipment and Machinery Maintenance • Assist in the installation, servicing and repair of electrical components.
• Support troubleshooting of motors, drives, sensors, control panels and all electrical equipment.
• Assist in the installation, servicing and repair of plumbing related works.
• Assist in maintenance of electrical wiring, power distribution, lighting and utility systems.
• Check and support maintenance of MCC panels, DB panels, Instrumentation panels, PLC, starters and breakers.
Routine maintenance • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance of production lines to avoid breakdowns.
Repair and Troubleshooting • Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot problems and perform necessary repairs.
Compliance and safety • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Report hazards, unsafe wiring and malfunctioning equipment immediately.
Documentation and Reporting • Assist in maintaining logbooks for electrical maintenance, breakdowns, meter readings.
• Support inventory control of electrical spares.
