Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Monitor the entire property daily to ensure all facilities are running smoothly and meet company standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and facilitate the activities of the Housekeeping and Security teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
MEP Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, identifying repair needs and coordinating with technicians.
Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and security regulations.
Reporting: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, incidents, and equipment status for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Facility Management, specifically with a strong background in MEP.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building utility systems and preventive maintenance schedules.
Language Skills: Ability to speak English and Hindi fluently to communicate with management, residents/tenants, and ground staff.
