Vittafin Securities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head with experience in stock market sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting the company's financial products and services.

The role involves both office-based sales activities and field marketing, including client meetings, networking, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and field marketing.
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships with retail investors and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Promote financial products, including Equities, Mutual Funds, Commodities (MCX), and Unlisted/Pre-IPO Shares.
- Conduct client meetings, explain product offerings, and support business conversion.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Achieve monthly sales, brokerage, and business development targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for financial service products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products and services, following up with customers, and supporting business growth through effective communication. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products and services. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding loan, insurance, investment, or financial service requirements. Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required. Coordinate with internal departments for customer documentation and processing. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during customer interactions.Qualification Plus Two / Degree / Any Graduation. Experience Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred. Salary 12k to 22K + Incentives Preferred Candidate Profile Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach. Experience in loan, insurance, banking, or investment sector preferred.
